The doctors at Vacaville Optometric Vision Center are very proud of our friendly and competent staff.

As you walk in, our front office staff will give you a warm welcome, and will perform computerized assisted vision testing before your visit with Dr. Carr.

If you need to update your eyewear, our highly trained optometric technicians will help you choose lenses best suited for your prescription and frames to enhance your personality. Our lab uses high quality lens materials and coatings to help you see and look your best. We feature several basic frame lines as well as designer frame lines including Oakley, Coach, CK, bebe, Ray Ban, Nike. Carolina Herrera, Juicy Couture and Kate Spade. We have registered Opticians on staff with more than 50 years of combined experience. Our technicians will custom fit your eyewear for optimum comfort.

Learn Who We Are

  • Dr.
    Bruce Carr O.D.

    Dr. Carr received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1990 and graduated from the University of Houston, College of Optometry in 1994. While attending the University of Houston, Dr. Carr was awarded Letters of Clinical excellence from 1992-94. Dr. Carr is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Sacramento Valley Optometric Association and Past-President of the North Bay Optometric Association. Dr. Carr has also served as co-chair of the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce Education Committee.
